We require credit card information to keep on file for every appointment.
You will receive a confirmation text 48 hours before your appointment. Please reply to that text to confirm your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a fee equal to 50% of your service cost.
Same day cancellations (less than 12 hours notice or no-call/no-show) will be charged a fee equal to 100% of your service cost.
Guests that arrive over 15 minutes late will be charged as a co-call/no-show, and you will have to reschedule.
